Kendall Hood is the proud creator of ToonZee Animation and has been building her brand since 2016. She attends Azusa Pacific University as an animation student (graduating May 2025).

Kendall has also had the honor of being Tonari Animation Inc.'s first in-person intern in Mitaka Japan as an anime animator. She also freelanced for them remotely from January-May, to & August 2024.

In her undergrad, she already had her name on the credits of anime TV shows on Netflix and Crunchyroll (Such as Kinnikuman, Slime Tensura, Touken Ranbu). She has also worked on upcoming anime shows such as Lazarus and Maebashi Witches.

Prior to ToonZee Animation, Kendall worked hard in her own time to nurture her creative skills and pursue her beloved passion for animation. Her YouTube channel ToonZee Animation now has over 172,000 subscribers and over 15,000,000 views across the channel.

Kendall values her passion for creativity and shoots for the stars with her childlike imagination. She says if there’s anything she has learned throughout the years, it’s the importance of integrity and hard work.

She says, "The best way I grew a connection with my professors is the passion I have for the work I do and willingness to learn from those who are more experienced than I. It's important to me to take every responsibility seriously by going above and beyond. Hard work is always rewarded."
